  4. IMPORTANT: There is only a limited number of spaces available for food vendors in the food court located between Summit and Ben & Jerry's. In order to ensure your eligibility , please submit this application with full payment on or by October 14. Acceptance is not guaranteed at is at teh discretion of the Event Planning Committee. All accepted vendors will appear in the event listing.

  5. Christmas in Davidson offers a limited number of 10’ x 10’ booth spaces to both for profit and nonprofit vendors. All vendor applications are reviewed by a selection committee and accepted applications will be notified by October 28. All accepted vendors (for profit & nonprofit) will be required to provide their own White 10’ x 10’ tent along with your own tables & chairs. All tents must be White, no exceptions. If you do not have a 10’ x 10’ White tent, we will be happy to provide you with rental source to contact direct. Electricity is NOT provided. Placement on the Village Green is not guaranteed to any vendor (for profit or non-profit) and is at the sole discretion of the event producers.

  13. All accepted applicants selling non-prepackaged foods will be required to submit a separate special event food permit application to the Mecklenburg County Health Department, which will also be on site at load in for inspection.

  14. The privilege to participate is granted by the Town of Davidson. Duplication of activities, concessions and merchandise may result in the denial of request for participation. The event reserves the right to deny application for any reason.
