  2. "A TASTE OF DAVIDSON" FOOD VENDOR ON VILLAGE GREEN APPLICATION (FOR PROFIT & NONPROFIT)

  3. Due on or before October 14, 2016


  4. IMPORTANT: There is a limited number of spaces available on the green, and this year we'll be featuring food vendors and crafters only. In order to ensure eligibility, please submit this form on or by October 14. This year we'll feature "A Taste of Davidson" on the Village Green and preference will be given to Davidson non-profits, businesses, and organizations who are interested in selling or giving away a food or beverage. Items may be prepared on-site or pre-packaged and sold on-site. We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products.

  5. We suggest the following foods/beverages: baked goods, pet treats, hot dogs, popcorn, soft pretzels, snow cones, ice crea and frozen confections, candy, doughbuts, fruit, water, soft drinks, juice, hot chocolate, mulled cider, gluten-free options, nachos, nuts, gyros, granola, chips, jellies & jams, preserved or picled products, honey, soups, tea, coffee, pastries, salads, fruitcakes, caramal apples, pizza, hummus...


  6. Christmas in Davidson offers a limited number of 10’ x 10’ booth spaces to both for profit and nonprofit vendors. All vendor applications are reviewed by a selection committee and accepted applications will be notified on October 28. All accepted vendors (for profit & nonprofit) will be required to provide their own white 10’ x 10’ tent along with your own tables & chairs. All tents must be white, no exceptions. If you do not have a 10’ x 10’ White tent, we will be happy to provide you with rental source to contact direct. Electricity is NOT provided. Placement on the Village Green is not guaranteed to any vendor (for profit or non-profit) and is at the sole discretion of the event producers.

  14. The privilege to participate is granted by the Town of Davidson. Duplication of activities, concessions and merchandise may result in the denial of request for participation. The event reserves the right to deny application for any reason.
