The Bradford neighborhood is located close to the intersections of Concord Road, Davidson-Concord Road, and East Rocky River Road. It is a lovely family neighborhood next to the River Run soccer fields and within walking distance of Bailey Middle School and Hough High School. 

Eight single family houses, two duplexes, and two townhomes priced from $145,000 to $200,000 will become available starting June 2016. These homes are income-restricted for 10 years. After 10 years, they may be sold at the market rate. Owner occupancy is required. These homes may not be rented, except as allowed by the deed restrictions on a short-term basis.
