Project Status

The master plan application has been denied due to outstanding issues. 

Recent Update

April 2019:  The court ordered that town staff fulfill the project’s outstanding process requirements as soon as possible. This included receiving comments from the Planning Board (April 29, 2019) and holding a Public Input Session (May 2, 2019).

March/April 2020:  The project team submitted revised documents in late March. Mecklenburg County and Town of Davidson staff reviewed the documents. See the Documents tab for a copy of the most recent plans, dated 3/24/2020. On April 17, 2020 Town of Davidson staff denied the master plan application due to outstanding issues.
