Beaver Dam

Built in 1829, this Federal-style house was home to Major William Lee Davidson II and his wife, Betsy Lee Davidson. The Beaver Dam House was renovated in the 1970s and today possesses a quaint air of nostalgia. The park itself has a wide lawn shaded by old magnolias.

Today, the Beaver Dam Historic Park and House are available to the public for rental throughout the year for:
  • Business meetings
  • Dinners
  • Receptions
  • Parties
  • Weddings

The Beaver Dam Historic Home is located at 19600 Davidson Concord Road. To get to the Beaver Dam House, turn right on Davidson Concord Road at the Y intersection. The entrance to the park is about half a mile on your left.
