Beaver Dam

Built in 1829, this Federal style house was home to Major William Lee Davidson II and his wife, Betsy Lee Davidson. The Beaver Dam house was renovated in the 1970s and today possesses a quaint air of nostalgia. The park itself has a wide lawn shaded by old magnolias.

Today, the Beaver Dam Historic Park and House are available to the public for rental throughout the year for:
  • Business meetings
  • Dinners
  • Parties
  • Weddings
  • Receptions
The Beaver Dam Historic Home is located at 19600 Davidson Concord Road. To get to Beaver Dam House, turn right on Davidson Concord Road at the Y intersection. The entrance to the park is about half a mile on your left.
