Davidson Woods Phase 2


Davidson Hall Phase 2 is located at the southern terminus of Samuel Spencer Parkway on Tax Parcel 00709102. A continuation of Davidson Wood Phase I, this is a single-family residential phase including 41 homes on 32 acres, with 14.21 acres of preserved open space (40% of site). Roadway connections are via Samuel Spencer Parkway, Park Terrace Lane and Bradford Park Drive. A greenway connection will also be provided to the Kincaid Trail from this phase of development.
